Join us for a week of yoga, nature and connection on the shores of Bejuco in Esterillos Este, just outside Jacó. The yoga deck sits directly on the sand, with unobstructed ocean views. Mornings begin with a sunrise beach walk and yoga facing the waves; evenings bring restorative practice to the sound of the surf.

• Twice-daily yoga — morning flow & evening restorative
