We are located 45 minutes South of Florence, 1.5/2 hours South of Bologna, 1.5/2 hours East of Pisa and 2.5/3 hours north of Rome.

You can take a train from Firenze SMN to Montevarchi-Terranuova in 37 minutes and we offer shuttles daily at 1pm and 3pm, we please ask that you book a shuttle 48 hours in advance. If you cannot meet one of our shuttles we will organise a taxi for you at the cost of €35.

Florence airport (FLR) is easy to get to from our location, the airport is 8KM from the main train station (Firenze SMN) and you can get from the airport to the train station by tram or taxi. The trams leave frequently and cost €1.50 and the taxis are available with a fixed cost of €20.

We run the retreat a weekly schedule that changes slightly each week to ensure each guest is welcomed with the most interesting program possible. The activities that are guaranteed are 2 yoga classes a day, 3 meals, fitness class and a wine tasting. Throughout the week you will also see a Sun Salutation workshop, an alignment workshop, a cocktail evening and an Olive Oil Tasting. We offer massages, horse riding, private lessons, all which can be booked directly at reception on arrival. It is good to wait and see what the schedule looks like so that you can choose the best time for you.

Yes! We have a shuttle service from the Montevarchi train station to our location. The shuttles depart (for your arrival) at 1pm and 3pm and they depart from the hotel (for your departure) at 1230pm and 230pm
